Exercise Solutions was created two and a half years ago to teach people how to exercise safely and effectively. Exercise Solutions will give people the tools to reach their fitness goals, and that knowledge will help them have the confidence and the courage to workout on their own.

Exercise Solutions is located at 13701 East Sprague in the city of Spokane Valley, WA. The studio is across from Target on the north side of the street, 2nd door. My name is Arthur Shaw and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. It will be my privilege to be your personal trainer. Each session of training is a one-on-one experience, just you and your trainer in a private studio.

Arthur Shaw - IronMan - raises money for
The Wishing Star Foundation
Arthur Shaw has been training for the last year to participate in the IronMan Coeur D’Alene competition. If you are not familiar with the Ironman… It’s a 2.2 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride an a 26.2 mile marathon! Unbelievable! All of that hard work and dedication has paid off and Arthur is now that proud owner of an Ironman metal! Not to mention, he has raised a lot of money for The Wishing Star Foundation.
