My name is Arthur Shaw and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I own and operate Exercise Solutions Inc. here in Spokane Valley, WA.

Exercise Solutions went into business eight years ago to teach people how to exercise safely and effectively. Exercise Solutions will give people the tools to reach their fitness goals, and that knowledge will help them have the confidence and the courage to workout on their own.
