O'Doherty's Irish Pub & BBQ Cater Co. is the place to go for
great food, drink and fun.
The owners, Terry and Renee Best, have worked hard to provide
you the best dining and beverage experience at their newly remodeled
restaurant located in the heart of the Spokane Valley.
Their Irish stew is made from a "closely guarded"
family recipe. The flavor is unique and tasty. Their corn bread
is "sweet and moist." The Guinness beer battered fish
and chips is "to die for." The batter is light and
flavorful, not heavy like other fish & chips you get at other
establishments. (Their tartar sauce is also homemade).
A great dish is their Smoke pulled pork. This meat is "slow-cooked"
for up to 12 hours in their apple-wood BBQ pit. The pork is cooked
to perfection and so tender that it can easily be pulled off the
bone. It comes served with their home-made BBQ sauce.
Their famous Irish corned beef and cabbage is absolutely
delicious. The meat is slow-cooked, has no visible fat, is tender
and full of flavor. Also, try out their smoked turkey and chicken
caesar salad with, of course, their home-made Caesar dressing.
If you like Root Beer, they have a special blend that is
smooth and creamy. You can't buy it in the store. They also have
Guinness Beer and a full-service pub.
On Wednesday nights, (6:30-8:30 p.m.) they have live Irish and
Scottish music provided by a new Celtic band called Thistle 'n Thyme.

O'Doherty's, an Irish Pub in the Spokane Valley, is locally owned
and operated by Terry and Renee Best (former founding partners in
O'Doherty's downtown Spokane).
Since taking over the Valley location last May, we have worked
at creating a clean and fun atmosphere. The establishment includes
a non-smoking area-"The Celtic Room" as well as the full-service
Pub and live Celtic music can be enjoyed from 6:30 - 8:30pm every
Wednesday evening.
The menu offers an excellent variety including traditional Irish-American
food, one of the best steaks in town-the Tullamore Dew Whiskey Steak
and a wonderful variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers.
Exclusively on Sundays from 4-8pm, we offer an excellent Prime
Rib special. Our BBQ meats are authentic southern-style slow-smoked
over Apple Wood-right on premise. We also slow-smoke Ham, Turkey,
Sausage and St. Louis Spare Ribs. Beef brisket is offered on occasion.
O'Doherty's is enjoying success in its Catering Division. The BBQ
is excellent for most events such as company picnics, meetings,
receptions, graduation parties, etc. However, we are willing to
cater some of our other offerings as well. Anyone interested in
